Description
Templand Cottage, located at 2 Braehead, is a single-storey Gothic cottage dated 1828. It features three bays and is constructed of painted rubble with smooth margins. The central porch has a pediment and a pointed-arched doorway that is hood-moulded, topped with an urn finial and a fanlight beneath the datestone. There are four pointed-arched windows, each with hood moulds and Y-tracery in the upper sashes. The cottage has a slate roof, straight skews, and end stacks.
