Description

This is a 18th-century house located at the south end of Monument View in Alston. It features incised stucco on the exterior and a graduated stone-flagged roof with a stone mid chimney. The building is two stories high and has a four-bay front. The central entrance consists of two part-glazed doors, flanked by a single sash window on either side, with two additional sash windows located above. Later alterations have been made to the structure.
