Description

This is a house with a byre below, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with quoins and is lime-washed. The roof is graduated stone-flagged and features a stone chimney at the west end. The building has three bays and is two storeys high with attics. The byre on the ground floor has a horizontally-split plank door on the left. There is a sash window with glazing bars beneath an external dog-leg stair that leads up to a central part-glazed door at the first floor level. There is a single sash window on either side and two small fixed windows in the attics.
