Description
This is an 18th-century row of properties located on Main Street. The buildings are rendered with stucco over stone, and stand three stories high. Numbers 16 and 18 feature quoins. Each building originally had two shop fronts, although number 20 now has a modern shop front and number 22 has an early 19th-century shop front consisting of three round arches topped with keystones and impost blocks, and a cornice. The first floor of number 22 has three sash windows in moulded frames with cornices supported by consoles, and five sashes occupy the top floor. To the left of number 22, and partially incorporated within it, is a three-story warehouse with a window and a door on each level. All upper floors originally featured five sash windows, set within moulded stone architraves. Numbers 2 and 4, along with numbers 12 to 28 (even), form a group.
