Incised stucco with pilaster strips at angles and moulded cornice, stone dressings, graduated slate roof, brick chimney stacks. 3 storeys, 2 bays. C20 shop window and entrance. Large sash with glazing bars to first floor has moulded surround with projecting cornice and console brackets. Second floor sashes with glazing bars have moulded stone surrounds. Included for group value.
