EVERDON HIGH STREET SP5957 (South side) 22/68 College Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse C17. Coursed squared ironstone, plain tile roof replacing thatch, brick end stack. 2 unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. 2-light casement windows throughout, those to first floor in eyebrow dormers all with timber lintels. Stone coped gable to left with kneelers. Quoins. Entrance to rear. 3-window wing to rear right. Part slate roofed. Interior has ogee-stop-chamfered spine beams, stone flagged hall and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
