Description

This building is a barn, now used as a garage and workshop, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared ironstone and features a corrugated asbestos roof. The structure has five bays and includes double opposed doors with timber lintels. To the right, there is a stone-coped gable, and to the left, a carriageway leads to a two-storey, one-bay outbuilding with a loft above. Both the barn and the outbuilding are covered by the same extended roof. The barn's roof is supported by clasped principals with ties and has three tiers of purlins, along with some windbraces.
