Description
This building is a barn, now used as a workshop, dating from the mid-18th century and altered in the 20th century. It is constructed from regularly coursed and banded limestone and ironstone, topped with a corrugated asbestos roof. Originally, it was a single-unit barn featuring a central single-stage buttress with a blocked door opening to the right. In the 20th century, the roof was modified to a mono-pitch design. The barn was originally connected to another barn on the northwest side of Buckwell Green (Woolford Tyres) by a roofed carriage arch.
