Description

This barn, now used as workshops, dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed limestone and ironstone, topped with a 20th-century concrete tile roof. Originally, it was a single-unit barn featuring a central 20th-century garage door. The gable ends have ashlar parapets and kneelers on the right side. Inside, some 18th-century roof timbers are still visible. The barn was originally connected to another barn on the southwest side of Buckwell Green by a roofed carriage arch.
