Description
44 and 45 Broad Green are two houses that now serve as a house and office. They were built in the mid-19th century and have undergone alterations in the 20th century. The buildings are made of rendered brick and have a slate roof. Originally, they had one- and two-unit plans and are two storeys tall, together forming a three-window range. Number 44 features a six-panelled part-glazed door with moulded wood surrounds and sash windows with glazing bars. Number 45 has a central door, casement windows at the ground floor, and two sash windows with glazing bars at the first floor. The interior has not been inspected. There are brick stacks located at the ridge and end. These buildings are included for their group value.
