Description

41 Broad Green is a house and shop, now used as a house. It dates from the early 18th century and mid 19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and has a plain tile roof from the 20th century. Originally, it had a two-unit plan and is two storeys high. The front features a two-window range of 20th-century casements, along with a 20th-century door and casement set within a 19th-century shop front. There is a brick stack located at the ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
