Description
No. 24 The Green is a farmhouse dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of ironstone ashlar with a 20th-century plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. The building has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, featuring a three-window range. To the left of the centre, there is a six-panel part-glazed door with a flat-arched head. The windows are three-light 20th-century casements set in the original openings, complete with stone sills and flat-arched heads. There is also a small one-light window on the ground floor at the far left, which has a similar sill and head. The gable is stone-coped and includes kneelers. The interior has not been inspected.
