Description

Nos. 26 and 27 are two cottages from the early 18th century, constructed of squared coursed lias. Each cottage has a one-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic, together forming a four-window range featuring casements, some of which have leaded lights. The entrances are located adjacent to the left and right flanking windows. No. 26 has a plank and braced door, while No. 27 has a six-panelled door. The cottages have a gabled roof with ashlar gable parapets and brick stacks at the ridge and end. To the left, there is a late 18th-century single-storey scullery and a 19th-century brick barn attached.
