Description
The barn and attached outbuildings at Hill Farmhouse date from the late 18th century to early 19th century. They are constructed of coursed squared ironstone and feature a corrugated asbestos roof that is half-hipped at the end facing the road. The barn has five bays and includes opposed double-leaf doors with timber lintels. Inside, there are tie and collar beams with raking struts. Single-storey outbuilding ranges with hipped roofs project on either side of the end facing the road, creating a T-plan layout.
