Description

This barn, located approximately 40 meters north of Hill Farmhouse, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed lias and ironstone, topped with a slate roof. The barn is a single unit, and its elevation facing the road features a stable door set beneath a wooden lintel, flanked by large stone quoins. The gable ends are adorned with ashlar parapets and kneelers. There is a ventilation hole in the left gable and a pitch hole in the right gable. At the rear, there is a cart entrance fitted with 20th-century doors. The interior has not been inspected.
