Description
No. 11 Paddock Lane is a house from the early 18th century, shown as No. 42 on the Ordnance Survey map. It is constructed of regularly coursed lias and ironstone, topped with a 20th-century plain-tile roof. The house has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys high, featuring a three-window range of 20th-century casements set under concrete lintels. To the left of the centre, there is a 20th-century door that is sheltered by a glazed porch. The building retains remains of ashlar kneelers and has brick stacks at the ridge and end. The rear of the house is similar in appearance. There is evidence of a raised roof in the right gable. This property is included for its group value.
