Description

This barn, located approximately 60 meters east of Home Farmhouse, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed from regularly coursed limestone and ironstone, topped with a corrugated metal roof. The barn is a single-unit structure with three bays, featuring central cart entrances that have wooden lintels. The eastern elevation has been modified. Notable architectural details include ashlar gable parapets and kneelers, along with 19th-century owl holes. The roof structure still retains its original trusses and purlins. This building is included for its group value.
