GV II

House, probably former farmhouse. Dated 1744. Coursed squared limestone, brick front, all painted, brick ridge and end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. 6-panel part-glazed door to right of centre with tiled hood on brackets. 2-light casement window to left with gauged brick lintel. 4-light casements to far left and right with rendered lintels. Storey band. 2-light windows with brick lintels to first floor, datestone between first floor left and middle windows inscribed L/PJ/1744. Stone plinth and moulded brick eaves and stop-coped gables with kneelers. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
