Description

Bengal Manor features a right gatepier and an attached wall to the forecourt, dating from the late 17th century. The gatepier is made of ironstone and has a chamfered base, chamfered rustication, double moulded caps, and a ball finial. It is aligned with the front door of Bengal Manor. The attached wall to the right is constructed of coursed squared limestone with a ridged ironstone coping and chamfered rustication at the outer angle. This wall encloses the forecourt.
