Description
The right gatepier and attached wall at the south entrance to the Manor House date from the 17th century and are constructed from ironstone ashlar. The gatepier is square and features a shell niche that forms a seat on the side facing the road. It has a moulded entablature and a bottle-shaped finial. The wall to the right is made of coursed ironstone rubble.
