Description

This is an early 18th century and 19th century house, now used as a house and shop. The exterior is limestone with a concrete tile roof. Originally laid out with a three-unit plan, it now has two storeys and a four-window front. The upper floor has casement windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor features 19th century sash windows, all set beneath wooden lintels. A mid-19th century shop front and combined door surround is located on the right, with vertical panelling and a bracketed cornice. A four-panel door is on the left. A plank door, also under a wooden lintel, provides access to a passage leading to the rear of the building. Brick stacks are positioned along the ridge. The interior includes an open fireplace with a bressumer.
