Description
This is an early 18th-century house, now used as commercial premises. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone with an asbestos tile roof. The house follows a 2-unit plan and is two storeys high with a 2-window front. The windows are plain casements with wooden lintels. There are 19th and 20th-century French doors on the ground floor to the left and right, and a central 19th-century door also with a wooden lintel. A small bay projects slightly to the left. The roof has gable parapets, and brick stacks are located at the ends of the building. A 19th-century lean-to extension is attached to the rear. The interior retains chamfered spine beams with run-out stops, and the remains of an open fireplace are visible in the room to the right.
