Description

This is a late 17th/early 18th century house on Church Street, Titchmarsh. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has a thatched roof. The house has a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. The front has a two-window arrangement of casement windows with glazing bars, set under wooden lintels. A similar casement window is set within an eyebrow dormer to the right. There is a plank door under a wooden lintel to the right of the house. A brick stack is located at the ridge and end of the building. The interior has not been inspected, but it may contain remains of an open fireplace.
