Description

This is a late 17th-century house on High Street in Stoke Goldington. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone and has three bays arranged over two storeys and an attic. The roof is thatched, with two dormers breaking the roofline, each having a tile apron below the window. There are paired casement windows, and a three-light casement window on the ground floor to the left. A modern door is centrally positioned, while a blocked doorway is located to the right. A stone coped gable is present on the left-hand side, featuring a moulded kneeler. Blocked 17th-century stone-framed windows are set into the gable. There are end stacks, with the right-hand stack being shared.
