Eaton Beeches is an 18th-century cottage located on the west side of High Street in Stoke Goldington. It is constructed of rubblestone and features a thatched roof. The building has five bays and stands at one and a half storeys. It includes irregular casements and three dormers, with the roof being half-hipped to the south.
