Description
These steps are located approximately 10 meters east of Harrowden Hall and are likely from the 18th century. They are made of limestone ashlar and feature parapets that end with square piers topped with moulded cornices. The steps are part of a formal landscape that includes statues located about 30 meters to the north-east and south-east, as well as a statue base around 60 meters to the north-east. The overall layout also includes gates, gatepiers, railings, walls, and an attached summer house, extending approximately 300 meters to the north, south, and east of Harrowden Hall. The steps are included for their group value, as the gardens and park are listed in the Historic England Register of Parks and Gardens at Grade II*.
