Description

Willowbrook is a pair of houses, now combined into a single dwelling, located on Weldon High Street. The building dates to 1742, with an addition from the early 19th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with a concrete tile roof. Originally designed as two separate units, the building has a two-storey layout. The front features a two-window range of 20th-century casement windows set within original openings and topped with stone lintels. A blocked central doorway exists, and a 20th-century porch has been added to the left. The gables are finished with ashlar parapets, and ashlar stacks are positioned at either end. A datestone is located between the windows. An early 19th-century two-storey, two-window range of sash windows with glazing bars was originally a separate house and is attached to the left.
