Description
No. 15 Church Way is a house dating from the early 18th century, which was restored in the 20th century. It is built of regularly coursed limestone and features a thatched roof. The house originally had a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. The front has a two-window range of metal casements with glazing bars, set under renewed wooden lintels. There is an eyebrow dormer on the right side and stone stacks at both ends. An attached single-storey outbuilding on the right now forms part of the house. The rear of the house is similar to the front, with a central 20th-century door and porch. Although the interior was not inspected, it is noted to have ceiling beams and an open fireplace with a bressumer. The building is included for its group value.
