Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the late 17th century and mid 19th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed limestone and features a plain-tile roof from the 19th century. The building has an irregular T-shape plan and stands two storeys with an attic. The entrance front includes a projecting gabled wing to the right and a three-window range to the left, with a blank bay to the far right that has a catslide roof. The 19th-century two-light stone-mullioned windows have casements with glazing bars. There is a central 20th-century door set in a 19th-century moulded stone surround. The gable ends have ashlar parapets and kneelers, along with ashlar stacks at the ridge and ends. Three small triangular roof dormers are present. The gable elevation to the right mirrors the entrance front, featuring 19th-century two-, three-, and four-light stone-mullioned windows. The garden front is similar, with 19th-century two- and three-light stone-mullioned windows. The interior has not been inspected.
