GRENDON CHURCH WAY SP8760 (North side) 23/158 No.20

GV II House. Early C18. Regular coursed limestone with thatch roof. T-shape plan. Single storey with attic. Main front of 2-window range of C20 casements with glazed door to right. Central C20 dormer with casement. C20 conservatory to right. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Elevation to right has some C19 casements under wood lintels and 2 eyebrow dormers. Illegible datestone in gable. Interior not inspected but noted as having ceiling beams and some original roof structure. Included for group value.
