Description
No. 20 Church Way is an early 18th-century house with a T-shaped plan. It is built from regularly coursed limestone and features a thatched roof. The main facade has a two-window range with 20th-century casements and a glazed door to the right. There is a central 20th-century dormer with a casement and a 20th-century conservatory to the right. The house has brick stacks at the ridge and end. The right elevation includes some 19th-century casements under wooden lintels and two eyebrow dormers. There is an illegible datestone in the gable. The interior has not been inspected but is noted to have ceiling beams and some original roof structure. The house is included for its group value.
