Description

No. 3 Easton Lane is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed limestone and features a thatched roof. The original layout was a two-unit plan, and the house stands two storeys high with a two-window range of 20th-century casements beneath wooden lintels. There are brick and stone stacks located at the ridge and end of the building. To the left, there is a single-unit outbuilding, which is also thatched and has been incorporated into the house. The rear elevation is similar to the front, with a 20th-century door and porch. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is reported to have an open fireplace.
