GV II

House, now student residence. Early C19 with older origins and later C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered over coursed limestone rubble with plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. Central 6-panel door with panelled reveals and moulded wood surround. 20-pane sash windows to ground floor and 16-pane sashes to 1st floor. Plinth, cogged brick eaves and 3 gabled roof dormer windows with 2-light casement windows. INTERIOR: C19 dogleg staircase, altered C20, from ground floor to attic with stick balusters and turned newels.
