GV II

Outbuilding. C18, altered early C19. Rendered over coursed limestone rubble and red brick with old plain-tile roof, half-hipped to right. Rectangular in plan. 1 storey and loft. Building stands to left and well forward of Prebend House (qv) on street line and attached to No.2 to left (qv). It has central carriageway with rendered brick, elliptical-arched head, flanked by pedestrian doorways with plank doors. Chamfered, rendered quoins and moulded rendered eaves. Cobbled carriageway has beamed ceiling. Red brick wall visible to rear.
