Description
This is an outbuilding located to the northeast of Nether House, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble gritstone and features quoins, a coped gable, and moulded kneelers at the southwest end only. The roof is covered with plain concrete tiles. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays, which include three quoined doorways with plain doors. There is also a full-height cart opening at the northeast end, which has a segmental arched head and boarded double doors. Above the doorway at the southwest end, there is a circular pitching eye set in a square stone frame. This outbuilding is listed for its group value only.
