Description

The Hovel Ranges on the north and east side of the farmyard at Great White End Farm are early 19th century open ranges featuring weatherboarded rear walls and old tile roofs. The rear wall has a brick plinth, and there are stone stylobates at each post of the arcade. Manger racks are located at the rear. The structure includes raking queen post roof trusses with curved braces connecting the wall plates and tie beams.
