Description
58 Leyhill Common is a 17th-century timber-framed house that has three bays and two storeys. The front is faced with 18th-century brick and features an old tiled roof. The windows are casements, with three lights in the left bays and two lights in the right bay, and the upper windows are gabled. There is a central door with an open gabled tiled hood. To the left, there is a 17th-century stack made of thin bricks with large tiled offsets, and another 17th-century stack is located behind the ridge between the right-hand bays. The timber framing is exposed at the rear and on the east gable, with plaster infill. Attached to the left side of the house is a weatherboarded outbuilding, also with an old tiled roof.
