Description
No 82 and Horseheath Cottage is a late 16th century or early 17th century timber-framed house that has been divided into two separate dwellings. The building features red brick nogging that is colourwashed on Horseheath Cottage. It has an old tiled roof and stands two storeys high. There are five 19th century diamond lattice casement windows. Modern tiled roof porches are present on the first and fourth bays. A stack is located between the second and third bays, as well as at each end of the building. The end bays have been largely reconstructed in brick during the 18th and 19th centuries. Additionally, there is a gabled two-storey rear range associated with Horseheath Cottage.
