Description

61 Ley Hill Common is a 17th century timber-framed house designed in a letter-L plan. The front range is encased in 19th century brick and features three bays across two storeys, topped with old tile roofs and end stacks. A door is located in a modern gabled porch between the left-hand bays. The ground floor has modern casements set in segmental openings. The rear elevation and the south-east range display exposed timber-framing with brick infill or render.
