Description
The barn located to the west of Great White End Farmhouse is an early 19th-century structure made of timber framing and weatherboarding. It consists of a range of two barns, both featuring half-hipped roofs covered with old tiles. The roofs are hipped over two wagon porches that lead into the farmyard, with an enlarged porch on the west side. Inside, there are raking queen post roof trusses and straight braces supporting the tie beams. The south barn has four bays and an off-center wagon entry with a porch leading to the farmyard, while the north barn has six bays, also with an off-center wagon entry and porches on either side.
