Description

This barn, located 70 metres north of Church Farmhouse, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is covered in weatherboarding, topped with an old tile roof. The south-west wall features some 18th-century brickwork. The barn consists of five bays and has a gabled central wagon porch on the north-east elevation. The roof is half-hipped, supported by curved principal roof trusses with collars, along with tiebeam and purlin braces.
