Description

The Old Cottage is a small house dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It has a timber frame that has been recased in 18th-century brick and features an old tile roof. The building consists of four bays and is two storeys high, with eaves that break over gabled first-floor windows. The ground floor has paired casements with segmental arches, and there is a central eight-panel door. The right end stacks are made of timber posts that have been rendered over.
