Description

This barn, located 30 meters east of Burrow Farm Cottage, dates from the late 18th century. It features a timber frame with weatherboarding, a flint and brick plinth, and a half-hipped plain tile roof. The structure consists of five bays and has central cart doors with a gabled entry that projects to the south. Inside, there are curved principal trusses with tension braces connecting to the tie-beams, diagonal wall braces, and a double purlin roof. The barn is included for its group value with nearby structures.
