Description
No. 110 on London Road is a house built around 1820, featuring a later porch. The structure is made of red brick and has a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves and small ornamental modillions. There are flanking chimneys. The house is two stories high and consists of three bays of sash windows, with the outer windows having four panes and the central window having three panes. The windows are topped with flat, finely gauged, and splayed brick arches. The entrance is located in a later 19th-century enclosed porch, which has a moulded brick cornice supported by pilasters adorned with diamond triglyphs. The porch also features a moulded architrave and a flat arch above a six-panel door, of which the upper two panels are glazed, along with a rectangular fanlight. The side doors to the porch are filled with windows.
