Description

Prospect House is an 18th-century house that has been altered. It is constructed of brick, which is now covered with roughcast, and features an old tiled roof with a large central chimney that has four diagonal shafts with oversailing heads. The eaves overhang and are supported by wooden modillions. The house is two storeys high with an attic and has a two-bay front. It includes sash windows set in reveals, a large canted bay of sash windows on the right-hand side, and a central shallow panelled door topped with a simple flat hood. There are also two-light casement windows on each floor of the left-hand gable and a horizontal sliding window type in the attic.
