Description

Dormer Cottage is a house from the 17th century that has been altered. It features a timber frame with colourwashed brick and an old tile roof. There is a rendered chimney on the right-hand side of the center, and the ridge is higher on that side. The cottage has three gabled eaves dormers, each with three-light diamond leaded casements. It is one storey with an attic, and there is a half-glazed door to the left of the center. To the left, there is a three-light casement window, and to the right, there are two more casement windows, all with diamond leaded glazing and segmental heads. A rainwater head, which may have been reset, is dated 1671.
