Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the north-west side of Moreton’s Lane in Bishopstone. The cottage is constructed of wicher, which has been rendered and covered with a thatched roof. A brick chimney is situated at the left-hand end. The cottage is single-storey with an attic; it has a recessed entrance and a two-light casement window to the left. An eaves dormer is positioned above the window on the left, and there is an attic window in the right-hand gable. A small, modern flat-roofed addition is situated below the gable. The adjacent property at number 30 is not of special interest.
