Description

This is a 17th-century cottage located on the east side of Stone Eythrope Road. The building is constructed primarily of witchert, with sections renewed in brick, all rendered and painted. It has a thatched roof, hipped at both ends, with the thatch extending down over a one-story section on the left-hand end. A central brick chimney is present, along with one small eaves dormer. The cottage is a one-and-a-half-story structure, featuring a central door flanked by three-light leaded casement windows on each side. Modern additions have been made to the rear of the property.
