Description
This is an 18th-century timber-framed and weatherboarded barn located to the southwest of Berry Farmhouse. It has five bays and features an old tiled roof. There is a wagon porch at bay four, which has a lean-to on the left and a gabled roof. The lower part of the framing is infilled with brick, and the east gable is also made of brick. The barn has a double purlin roof supported by queen struts and a collar to the upper purlin, with queen posts on the lower purlin. Curved braces are present on the tie beams, and there is a mid-rail along the walls.
