Description

This is an 18th-century timber-framed and weatherboarded barn located to the north of Old Oak Farmhouse. The barn has three bays and features an old tiled roof and a brick plinth. There is a central gabled porch on the east side and a central cart entry on the west side, with lean-tos on both sides of the south bay. Inside, the barn has curved queen-post trusses and straight braces to the wall plates, tie beams, and purlins. Additionally, there is a three-bay south range with a slate roof and stable doors.
