Description

The barn located to the southeast of Spencer's Farmhouse is an 18th-century structure that features a timber frame and is weatherboarded. It consists of four bays and has been converted into living accommodation. The roof is covered with old tiles. There is a wagon entry in the second bay, which has been fitted with a glazed screen. A brick external staircase leads to a doorway in the fourth bay. Later additions at the rear of the barn are not of historic interest.
